Another Cohort, Another Chance to Get Equipped
Summer is winding down, and if you missed the September cohort, we have good news: the November cohort opens for enrollment on August 9.
The Foundations module is the kind of thing that people look back on and say, “That is when things shifted.” Not because it was easy. Not because we handed them a formula. But because it was the first time someone actually helped them put the pieces together—calling, character, theology, and practice.
Why Foundations Works
Most leadership training either goes heavy on theory or heavy on technique. We do something different.
We integrate three streams that God uses to shape leaders:
1. Theology You Can Actually Use
We are not interested in making you smarter for the sake of being smarter. We are interested in helping you think biblically so you can lead faithfully. You will work through the Apostles’ Creed, Systematic Theology, and Romans—and every assignment is designed to connect doctrine to daily ministry.
2. Self-Awareness That Changes Everything
You cannot lead people beyond where you have gone yourself. The five assessments in this module are not about putting you in a box. They are about helping you see yourself clearly—your story, your wounds, your strengths, and your calling. When you know your own heart, you can lead from a place of honesty and humility.
3. Community That Will Not Let You Float
The cohort is not a feature. It is the engine of this whole experience. You will meet real people who are wrestling with the same things you are. You will pray for each other. You will challenge each other. You will notice when someone is drifting, and you will pull them back. That is how the body of Christ is supposed to work.
The November Schedule
Here is what the road ahead looks like:

- Enrollment closes: November 6, 2026
- Student orientation: November 9, 2026
- Cohort gathering (in-person): December 11-12, 2026
- Module closes: December 22, 2026
