The Foundations of Leadership Module is the kind of experience that shifts things. Not because it is flashy or gives you a quick fix. Because it actually helps you put the pieces together—calling, character, theology, and practice.
Whatever God has called you to, He has not called you to figure it out alone.
What You Will Walk Through
Over ten weeks, you will dive into three areas that every leader needs:
1. Abiding Leadership
Everything starts here. If you are not connected to the vine, you will not bear fruit. We do not skip this. We start with your walk with God and what it looks like to lead from a place of abiding in Christ.
2. Biblical Application
We are not guessing at leadership principles. We are mining Scripture for the real thing. You will work through the Apostles’ Creed, Romans, and key theological concepts—and then wrestle with how they actually reshape how you lead.
3. Self-Awareness
You cannot lead people beyond where you have gone yourself. You will take five assessments that reveal your present reality, your restoration journey, your spiritual pathways, and your future ideal. This is not personality testing. This is knowing the instrument God is using.
The July Cohort Schedule
Here is the timeline:

- Student orientation: July 13, 2026
- Cohort gathering (in-person): August 14-15, 2026
- Module closes: August 22, 2026
What Makes This Different
Most leadership training skips straight to strategy. We start with formation.

You will be in a cohort—real people, real relationships, real accountability. You will join monthly coaching calls. You will show up for two in-person gathering days where you will connect face-to-face with the people walking this journey with you.
And you will do the work. Reading through *The Cure* by John Lynch. Working through *Systematic Theology* by Wayne Grudem. Diving into Romans. Completing five self-discovery assessments. Putting it into practice through a Ministry Practicum.
This is not for people who want a certificate to hang on the wall. This is for people who want to be equipped for the work God has given them.

You are an emerging leader. You have heard God’s call—maybe clearly, maybe as a growing sense you cannot shake. You are serious about being equipped, but you do not need another degree. You need practical training that respects your calling and fits your life.
We are connected to the Christian and Missionary Alliance, but we welcome leaders from any Christian denomination. If you love Jesus and want to lead well, you belong here.
