Module Overview
Description: This module examines organizational leadership and communication within ministry while exploring key theological doctrines: the Trinity, eschatology, and Christ our Coming King. Students will integrate biblical leadership principles, refine communication skills, and deepen theological understanding for effective ministry and mission.
Outcomes: In the Kingdom Leadership module, students will examine the foundational principles of organizational leadership within Christian contexts while developing effective communication strategies for preaching and teaching. This module bridges practical ministry skills with deep theological study, requiring participants to articulate the doctrine of the Trinity and analyze eschatological themes as they relate to Christian hope and mission. Through a focused written paper on Christ Our Coming King, students will explore the significance of Christ’s return and how this future reality shapes both their personal worldview and their long-term approach to ministry.
