Foundations of Leadership is a one-month introductory module to The LEAD Program that provides a grounding in biblical doctrine, Spirit-led leadership, and self-awareness. This module is ideal for emerging leaders, church elders, and ministry teams.
As the entry point to the LEAD Program, Foundations of Leadership is the first step for anyone planning to continue their leadership development through the remaining LEAD modules.
This module provides a foundational understanding of leadership through the lens of biblical doctrine, Spirit-led leadership, and self-awareness. Designed for emerging leaders, the course equips students with essential leadership principles rooted in Scripture. Through theological study and personal reflection, students will develop a solid framework for effective, Christ-centered leadership.
By the end of this module, students will:
Two 3-hour group meetings to discuss theological foundations, leadership growth and personal assessments.
Monthly 1-hour leadership coaching sessions to discuss leadership growth.
Monthly Scripture memorization corresponding with course content and doctrinal support.
